hi.d provides the answer — by testing a product’s quality of use. From theory to hands-on experiments, usability engineering sets the path for our analyses. In our expert reviews, we evaluate aspects such as a product’s information structures and interaction design against valid standards and values. In tests held in our usability lab, subjects perform tasks with the test object while being recorded on video and screencam. Clients are welcome to participate as observers. Following evaluation, our clients receive a protocol with the results of the test along with a “to do” list of suggested improvements.
